A new heavy-duty automatic gate now secures the yard. Vans pull in, load or unload in a closed yard, and head back out, without the site being open to anyone passing by.
We're on Walrow Industrial Estate, about a mile from J22 of the M5. That makes it an easy stop between jobs or on the way to a delivery run.
Bluetooth entry: no keys to hand round the team
The building has new secure roller shutters that open with Bluetooth entry from a phone. For businesses, that removes one of the biggest weak points in storage security: shared keys and codes.
- No key handovers: staff open the building from their phone, so there's no physical key to copy or lose.
- Access you can control: if someone leaves the business, their access can be removed rather than the locks changed.
- Fewer wasted trips: no collecting keys from the office before a stock run.
All-new CCTV, soon with professional monitoring
An entirely new CCTV system now covers the yard, the gate and the building. We're currently connecting it to Doncaster Security Operations Centre (DSOC), a specialist self storage monitoring centre.
DSOC won the Innovation Award at the 2025 Self Storage Association UK Industry Awards for its suspicious-activity AI. It flags things like loitering and unusual access patterns as they happen, so trained operators can act before a problem becomes a loss.
